These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Magic Games (“Magic Games”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply when you download, install or play any of our mobile games, visit magicgamesstudio.com, or otherwise use our services (together, the “Services”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Accepting these Terms
By using the Services you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data. Some games may have additional rules (for example, rules for a special event). If they do, those rules form part of these Terms.
If you downloaded a game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store’s own terms also apply to your download and any purchases. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for our games or support.
2. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services without parental consent, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use, including any purchases.
3. Your licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to download, install and use our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
You may not, and may not help anyone else to: copy, sell, rent, distribute or publicly show the Services; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble them, except where the law expressly allows it; modify them or create derivative works; remove any copyright, trademark or other notices; or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
4. Virtual items and purchases
Our games may include virtual currency, boosters, lives or other in-game items (“Virtual Items”), which you may earn through play, receive as rewards for watching ads, or, where offered, buy with real money.
- Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and cannot be transferred or sold to anyone else. You receive a limited licence to use them within the game; you do not own them.
- Purchases are processed by the app store you use, under its terms. Refund requests must be made to Apple or Google according to their policies, except where applicable law gives you a right to a refund from us.
- Because our games save progress on your device, deleting the game, resetting or changing your device may cause progress and Virtual Items to be lost. Where purchases are restorable through the app store, you can restore them from the game’s settings.
- We may change, rebalance or discontinue Virtual Items as part of managing the game, within the limits of applicable consumer protection law.
For consumers in the EU, UK and Türkiye: by purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately, you ask us to supply it at once and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Ads and rewards
Our games are free to play and are supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of ads or for any products or services they promote. Some ads are optional and give you an in-game reward for watching them. Rewards are granted only when the ad has been fully watched and may not be available at all times or in all regions. Using tools or methods to block, skip or manipulate ads to obtain rewards is not allowed.
6. Rules of conduct
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, hacks, modified clients or any unauthorised software, or exploit bugs or glitches;
- interfere with, disrupt or overload the Services, their servers or networks;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other players’ devices or our systems;
- commit fraud, including fraudulent purchases or refund abuse;
- use the Services in violation of any law or anyone else’s rights; or
- send us content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive or infringing.
We may take reasonable steps to prevent or stop any of the above, including restricting access to the Services.
7. Our intellectual property
The Services, including all games, code, graphics, characters, sounds, music, text, logos and the “Magic Games” name, are owned by Magic Games or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 3, no rights are granted to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Feedback
We love hearing ideas from players. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them freely to improve our games and Services, without any obligation to you.
9. Updates and availability
We are always working on our games. We may release updates that add, change or remove features, levels or content, and some updates may be required to keep playing. We may also suspend or discontinue a game or the Services, temporarily or permanently. Where you have purchased Virtual Items and a game is discontinued, we will give you reasonable notice where required by law.
10. Third-party services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as app stores, ad networks and social networks. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Disclaimer
We work hard to make our games fun and reliable, but the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make any warranties, express or implied, including that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or compatible with your device, or that any data or progress will be preserved. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, Virtual Items, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50.
These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or to any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
13. Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time by deleting our games. We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 7, 11, 12 and 14, will continue to apply.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law allows.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or changes in the law. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in the game or on our website before they take effect. If you continue to use the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor in a business transaction.
