Magic Games (“Magic Games”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an independent developer of casual mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process when you play our games, visit magicgamesstudio.com or contact us (together, the “Services”), why we process it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
The short version: our games do not require an account and we do not ask for your name. Your game progress is saved on your device. Our games are free and supported by ads, so our advertising partner (Google AdMob) processes device and advertising identifiers to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time from the game’s settings.
1. Data we collect
Data you give us
- Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message, any attachments (such as screenshots) and any details you choose to include, for example your device model or game version.
- Feedback and ratings. If you answer an in-game prompt or survey, we receive your answers.
Data collected automatically when you play
- Device and advertising identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) or App Set ID on Android and the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) or Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) on iOS.
- Device and technical data, such as device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen size, app version, network type, and performance and crash information.
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address (country or region level). We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown, whether you watched or tapped them, and whether you received a reward for watching a rewarded video.
- Gameplay data, such as levels played, scores, progress, boosters and settings. This is stored locally on your device.
- Consent choices, meaning the privacy and advertising choices you make in our consent screen, so that we can respect them.
Data we receive from third parties
- App stores. Apple and Google may share with us aggregated or limited information about downloads and, if our games offer in-app purchases, confirmation of what was purchased. We never receive your card or bank details.
- Advertising partners. Our ad partners may share reports with us about ad performance, such as impressions, clicks and revenue, usually in aggregated form.
2. How we use your data
We use personal data only for the purposes below:
- to run our games, save your settings and progress, and make them work properly on your device;
- to show ads, including rewarded ads that give you in-game benefits, and to measure how those ads perform;
- to personalise ads, only where you have allowed it or where the law otherwise permits it;
- to understand how our games are played, fix bugs and crashes, and improve difficulty, content and performance;
- to answer your questions and provide player support;
- to detect and prevent fraud, cheating, abuse and security incidents;
- to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not use your data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.
3. Advertising
Our games are free to play and funded by advertising. We use Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) to display banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads. To serve and measure ads, Google and the ad networks it works with may collect and use your device identifiers, IP address, device information and ad interaction data, and may combine it with data they hold from other apps and websites.
- Consent. If you are in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland or another region where consent is required, we show you a consent screen (Google’s User Messaging Platform, certified under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework) the first time you open the game. Personalised ads are shown only if you agree.
- Non-personalised ads. If you refuse, you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your past behaviour. Limited data is still processed to deliver the ad, cap frequency, prevent fraud and produce aggregated reports.
- iOS tracking. On iOS, we only access the IDFA if you allow it through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy. See Your choices for how to change your ad settings.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data for money. We share it only as follows:
- Service and technology providers who help us run the Services, such as our game engine, website hosting and email provider (Google Workspace). They may use the data only to provide their services to us.
- Advertising partners, as described in Advertising.
- App stores (Apple App Store and Google Play), which distribute our games and process any payments.
- Authorities and advisers, where required by law, court order or a lawful request, or where needed to protect the rights, property or safety of our players, our company or others.
- Business transfers, to a buyer, investor or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets. They will be bound by this policy or one that is equally protective.
- With your consent or at your direction in any other case.

5. International transfers
Our partners operate worldwide, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States and the European Union. When we or our partners transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or, for transfers from Türkiye, the mechanisms set out in Article 9 of Law No. 6698.
6. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above. Gameplay data stays on your device until you delete the game. Support emails are kept for up to three years after your last message, unless a longer period is required by law or to handle a legal claim. Our advertising partners keep data according to their own retention policies. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Your choices
- Privacy settings in the game. Where available, open the game’s Settings and tap Privacy Settings to review or change your consent choices at any time.
- Reset or limit your advertising ID. On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) to delete or reset your advertising ID. On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to stop apps from asking to track you.
- Delete the game. Uninstalling the game stops all further collection through it and removes the progress saved on your device. It cannot be recovered afterwards.
- Notifications. If our games send push notifications, you can turn them off in your device settings.
- Contact us. You can always email info@magicgamesstudio.com with any request.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Delete your personal data;
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including processing for advertising;
- Portability, meaning to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before you withdrew it;
- Opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data as defined by certain laws;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights; and
- Complain to a data protection authority.
To make a request, email info@magicgamesstudio.com. Because our games do not use accounts, please include the name of the game and, if possible, your device’s advertising ID so we can find the data related to you. We may ask for additional information to verify your request. We will reply within the period required by applicable law, and in any case within 30 days.
9. Children
Our games are designed for a general audience and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or under the higher minimum age that applies in your country (for example 16 in some EEA countries). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it. If we learn that a user is under the applicable age, we will limit processing to what the law allows, such as showing only non-personalised ads.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls and contractual obligations for our partners. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-party links
Our Services and the ads shown in them may link to websites, apps and services run by others. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their practices. Please read their privacy policies before sharing data with them.

We do not sell personal data for money, but allowing advertising partners to use identifiers for cross-context behavioural advertising may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under some laws. You can opt out through the in-game privacy settings, your device’s ad settings, or by emailing us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the data of consumers under 16.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will give you notice in the game or on our website before it takes effect.
